Education Budget 2024: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today presented the interim budget for the second term of the Modi government. Since it was an election budget, there were a lot of expectations from it. The ongoing development of the medical field has been kept in mind in this budget. Many important decisions have also been taken regarding this.
While presenting the budget, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that becoming a qualified doctor is the ambition of many youth. Their aim is to serve our people through better health care services. Our government plans to establish more medical colleges using the existing hospital infrastructure under various departments. For this purpose, a committee will also be constituted to investigate the cases and make relevant recommendations.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the new education policy has made many changes in the education sector. PM Shree School is providing quality education to children. If we talk about higher educational institutions, 7 IITs, 16 IIITs, 7 IIMs, 16 AIIMS and 390 universities have been established. The Finance Minister said that youth are also being helped in the field of employment through various schemes. Helped the youth a lot in getting employment under Start-up Guarantee Scheme, Fund of Funds and Startup India.
